This article ran on April 14th in The Columbian and can be found on page A6.
The article was entitled "Congolese jet veers off runway; at least 21 killed. This article had timeliness for being very recent. I believe the article had a sense of impact in it as well because readers are affected when people are killed in serious accidents. Also, this article had the quality of daily news due to the story being published the day after the accident.
